How LV Growth gave 3 Keys & Co a Wichita real estate site of their own
A family real estate team was renting their entire online presence from their brokerage's agent directory. They got a 27-page site built around the six suburbs they actually work, and a perfect 100 on Google's speed test.
The challenge
Misty Dockers, Rena Anaya, and Annalisa Anaya work as a family team under Heritage 1st Realty. Online, they were three profile pages in a brokerage directory, next to every other agent in the building.
A profile page cannot rank for a realtor in Goddard, or homes near McConnell AFB in Derby. There is no room on it to say anything specific about a neighborhood, and it stops being yours the day you change brokerages.
Buyers here start on a phone and start with a question. What will the payment actually be. What are the schools like in Maize. How does a first purchase work, step by step. None of those answers had anywhere to live, so the team kept giving them one phone call at a time.
What I built
- A 27-page site they own outright, statically generated on every route, so it arrives as finished HTML and loads instantly on the phone most of their clients find them on.
- A page for each of the six places they work most, Wichita, Goddard, Maize, Andover, Derby, and Park City, each written about that market's schools, commute, and price story rather than a list of city names on a map.
- A mortgage calculator that returns a real monthly number with taxes and insurance included, not the bare principal-and-interest figure that sets a buyer up for a surprise.
- Long-form buying and selling guides written for people who have never done either, plus articles on the first-time buyer path, pricing a home to sell, and buying near McConnell AFB.
- RealEstateAgent structured data carrying the office address, geo coordinates, office hours, and every city served, so Google, the map results, and the AI answer tools can place them precisely.
- WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility built in from the start, so a keyboard or a screen reader gets the same site as everyone else, alongside the Fair Housing and accessibility pages the trade requires.
- One contact form that reaches all three of them, and Spanish-speaking help surfaced right in the navigation, because Misty works with clients in Spanish and that is worth saying out loud.
Before and after
The site scores a perfect 100 out of 100 on Google's PageSpeed test, on mobile and on desktop, with 100s for accessibility, best practices, and SEO alongside it.
Six suburb pages give them something to rank on in each market they sell in, instead of competing with every agent in the metro on the words Wichita realtor alone.
The mortgage calculator and the guides answer the questions that used to come in as phone calls, which means the calls they do get come from people already further down the road.
Most of all, it is theirs. It moves with them, and it says what the three of them sound like instead of what a brokerage template allows.
If you're looking for someone to build your business website, I can't recommend Luis Victoria with LV Growth enough! I went into this knowing absolutely nothing about websites, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process so easy. The finished website turned out better than I ever expected. It looks professional, reflects my business perfectly, and I'm genuinely proud to share it.
